Life before onpoint 365
Before joining onpoint 365, I studied Commerce at the Australian National University. Alongside my degree, I tutored English and Maths – something I genuinely enjoyed because it gave me a chance to connect with people one-on-one and see them grow in confidence.
I also loved being involved in volunteering, whether it was helping out at community events or supporting student initiatives. These experiences opened my eyes to how much I enjoy working closely with people and making a positive difference in their lives.
That’s what led me to recruitment – it felt like the perfect way to combine my interest in people, my love of helping others, and my drive to see them succeed. Now, as I build my career here in Canberra, I’m excited to keep doing just that every day.
Life at onpoint 365
I started at onpoint 365 as a Recruiter and have since grown into my role as a Talent Specialist. Now, I look after contracts, keep our clients happy, and help the team tackle complex recruitment challenges.
No two days are ever the same – some days I’m guiding candidates through the process or finalising offers, other days I’m brainstorming with the team to find the best solutions for our clients. It’s genuinely rewarding to know that the work I do helps people build their careers and supports organisations to grow.
