Fabulous effort by onpoint 365
During the month of August, the onpoint 365 recruitment team participated in Fred’s Big Run, organised by the Fred Hollows Foundation to raise money to restore sight to needlessly blind people, because right now, 9 out of 10 people who are blind don’t need to be, and an operation that costs as little as $25 can help to restore sight to someone who is needlessly blind, and change their life forever. Fred Hollow’s dream was to live in a world where no one was needlessly blind. Our fabulous onpoint 365 recruitment team of eleven set an ambitious fundraising goal of $4,000 and pledged to walk a whole heap of kilometres during August and although we did not all reach our targeted kilometres (we had good intentions), we smashed our donation goal which has made us super proud. As onpoint 365 promised to match all donations made to the onpont 365 team, we ended the month in second position on the leader board with an overall $14,993 in donations. We are super proud of our result knowing that we have helped restore sight to over 500 people! Thank you to all our family and friends that helped us to reach this fantastic result and thank you onpoint 365 for matching our donations!
