When you start:<\/strong> You’ll start off with an induction with our experienced staff to make you comfortable with the work environment.<\/p>\r\n

Throughout the program:<\/strong> We’ll provide you with support throughout your time at onpoint 365. Your program will vary, depending on your overall goals – but don’t be surprised if you are tasked with other items!<\/p>\r\n

The day to day:<\/strong> You’ll complete different tasks to help you learn about different aspects of the business world. As a small business, you’ll be encouraged to work with different members of staff.<\/p>\r\n
